Casa do Massapez

Casa Fé is situated between Arco da Calheta and Loreto at a green slope. The small completely restored ancient farm consists of two holiday homes with separate entrances and reciprocally hidden patios:
the Manor House and the Chalet.
Overlooking gardens and cottages you have a splendid view of the sea.

The Manor House

The Manor House provides on two floors 50 sq mtrs. indoor living space. On the ground floor there are the living room with integrated kitchen row, tv and bathroom with shower facility. An old (typically Madeiran) oven charged with wood gives a cosy atmosphere on colder days. The first floor comprises a bedroom with a double divan and a further bed in a through room, a small patio with seat to the east and a tiny hidden sun patio to the west side of the house. As this patio is calm it is the ideal place for the two sunbeds.
In front of the house you have a veranda with barbecue and a well arranged garden.
The garden of the Manor House borders upon the garden of the Chalet.


Chalet

The Chalet provides on two floors about 30 sq.mtrs indoor living space. The ground floor comprises a tastefully equipped kitchen-cum-living-room and the bathroom. A stairway leads to the bedroom on the first floor.

Casa Fé is situated in a silent area. From a little covered country road in a distance of 100 mtrs motor sounds reach the houses only occasionally. You can get there on a concrete course. The drive is to recommend only to experienced drivers in vehicles with well working brakes. On foot you reach there on a lane of 75 mtrs and some steps upward.

Manor House
size: about 50 sq.mtrs; occupation: 2 to 3 people; price: from EUR 50 per night; final cleaning: EUR 25,-; no extra costs charged; 35 sq.mtrs veranda and patios; garden; indoor and outdoor chimneys.
All cutlery, bed linen and towels are supplied.


Chalet
size: about 30 sq mtrs; occupation: 1 to 2 people; price: EUR 45 per night; final cleaning: EUR 25; no extra costs charged; small patio and garden.
All cutlery, bed linen and towels are supplied.

Manor House together with Chalet fit for 3 to 5 people; price: from EUR 80 per night; final cleaning: EUR 50.

During the low season (Nov 01 to Dec 15 and Jan 15 to Feb 28) for both homes the price per night diminishes to EUR 45 resp. EUR 40.

All cutlery, bed linen and towels supplied.
